  TVS-E rolls out its `Privilege Partner Program`
   
  Chennai based TVS Electronics Limited, the undisputed leader in Dot matrix Printers and Mechanical Keyboards has many firsts to its credit: Keeping to its tradition, the company is the first in the IT industry to roll out 'Privilege Partner Program'- a nation wide Program for its Authorised Dealer Partners (ADP) and their sales force.

TVS Electronics is the first and only Indian company to have a strong network of both national as well as regional distributors. It currently has around 1700 ADPs spread over 250 towns across the country. TVS-E is the first IT Peripherals Company

To customize products for use in rugged Indian conditions.
To have a strong Dealer network in 150 towns as early as 1997, when most IT companies had a presence in the major metros only

To provide onsite service to its products.

To have a direct relationship with the ADPs-TVS-E integral network of Dealers who have direct interaction with the end customers

Privilege Partner Program- 3P:

Introduction: IT channels in India have evolved over the last decades and has reached world class in fulfilling demand, However with India as a market, with less than 5% penetration of IT products on the overall population, it needs to create its own model for Demand Creation. We in TVS-E believe that as a leader in Distribution is all set to crack this.

The Privilege Partner Program is an enhanced version of the ADP program, which was has been a huge success since its inception in 1998.

The company considers the Authorised Dealer Partners as an extension of the Sales arm of the company. It believes that it is the sheer efforts and performance of these Authorised Dealer Partners that has helped the company to achieve its current Premier status in the IT Peripherals Industry. The company is indeed proud of this partnership.

The Privilege Partner Program - A multi-tier rewards based program that entitles the dealers to a whole range of benefits and prizes based on their consistent performance.

TVS-E realizes that the Authorized Dealer Partners address the needs of specific customer segments, which demands different inputs and support needs from the company. Regular interactions with the Partners over the years have enabled the company to fine tune this program to address those specific needs.

The partners have been categorized based on these requirements. We expect to cover more than 800 partners through the Privilege Partner Program.

i Points Program

Sales Executives at dealer Partners are the backbone for sales and customer engagement. To enhance the bonding with TVS-E and reward for special achievements, TVS-E is announcing the iPoints program for the Sales Executives of its Privilege Partners!

Sales Executives of the Partners are entitled to points for the sales of TVS-E products. These points could be accumulated and exchanged for attractive gifts from the company. Every Executive participating in the program can access his account through the company web site (at www.tvse.com) and update his winnings!

This program also entitles the executive to other benefits like participating in the Branch celebrations every month!

The company is planning to roll out the program in 14 major towns and cities across the country covering 11 states and 250 towns, starting with Bangalore on the 28th April 28, 2003.
